COVID-19 PROTOCOLS IN PLACE
We care about the health of our clients, staff, and community
We encourage all clients to call the centre before coming in.
We are screening all clients to determine how we can best support you in a way that keeps other clients and staff safe.
If you are ill or have traveled outside Cananda, or in contact with someone who is ill or traveled outside of Canada, please do not come to the Centre. We want to help protect our community from the spread of COVID-19.
If you are ill or traveled outside Canada, self-isolation (staying home) is what is being recommended by our health care officials. If you think you may have COVID-19, call Telehealth at 1-866-797-0000.
Please call the centre before coming in to ensure that we are able to meet with you. We would be happy to speak with you over the phone to discuss how we could support you with whatever unexpected pregnancy, parenting, or sexual health concerns you may have.
We have put in place protocols and procedures to help keep you and our staff safe. Staff will wear masks and proper PPE will be used as needed by our nursing staff. We have masks available for clients if they do not have one. We have increased our cleaning procedures and screen all clients who come into centre. Staff and volunteers complete a self assessment before each shift.
From time to time, out of an abundance of caution during the Covid-19 pandemic, our office may close for possible exposures, deep cleaning or other related precautions. Please check the online scheduler for available appointment times. If a suspected Covid-19 exposure has occurred, clients will be contacted privately to ensure client confidentiality is protected.
Our hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:30-4:00
