COVID-19 PROTOCOLS IN PLACE

We care about the health of our clients, staff, and community

We encourage all clients to call the centre before coming in.

We may, based on local health guidelines, screen clients to determine how we can best offer care that keeps clients and staff safe.

If you are ill, please do not come to the Centre. We want to help protect our community from the spread of COVID-19.

If you think you may have COVID-19, call Telehealth at 1-866-797-0000

Please call the centre before coming in to ensure that we are able to meet with you. We would be happy to speak with you over the phone to discuss how we could support you with whatever unexpected pregnancy, parenting, or sexual health concerns you may have.

We have put in place protocols and procedures to help keep you and our staff safe. Staff will wear masks and proper PPE as currently recommended  by public health guidelines. We have masks available for clients if they do not have one. We have  cleaning procedures in place. Staff and volunteers complete a self assessment before each shift.

From time to time, out of an abundance of caution during the Covid-19 pandemic, our office may close for possible exposures, deep cleaning or other related precautions. Please check the online scheduler for available appointment times. If a suspected Covid-19 exposure has occurred, clients will be contacted privately to ensure client confidentiality is protected.

Our hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:30-4:00

We are available by office phone: call 519-620-0204
